We’ll ask you to provide supporting documentation, and previous employer references to be considered a qualified applicant. Applicants must have at least one of the following:

  • Active military or veteran with at least 2-3 years of verifiable experience (DD214 Member 4)
  • Law enforcement or corrections background with up-to-date copies of training records required
  • Security personnel with at least two years of experience as a guard or protection specialist

Pikes Peak Security supports team members through a self-paced, 3-tier career progression program. All employees start at Tier 1, with compensation ranging from $17.75 to $21.00 per hour. Eligible guards may receive special compensation, and yearly performance reviews determine raises. We offer a wide range of benefits, though we do not sponsor work visas.
